FEATURED MODEL: ANGELO CACCIATORE

S S S

 Smooth Smacker Scorpion
by MARK PILLOS

AS A MODEL

Angelo Cacciatore's life as a model started when he met a talent agent in a mall. Eventually, he went for castings. Then he joined the Mossimo Bikini Summit last Summer and won first runner up.

This 20-year old Filipino-Italian from Milan, whose mom is from Marikina, appeared in commercials like Pond's, Globe Handyphone, Coca-Cola, Onesimus Campaign, and Philippine Fashion Week.

For those who don't know, he is a professional ballet dancer. He has danced for two years around Europe. Unfortunately, he has no time to dance here in the Philippines, so he is just focusing on being a model, and soon on show business.

AS A LOVER

This sizzling Scorpion would love to take his lover to a yacht to make love there.

He is such a smooth smacker. Why? he always notices the lips, "because I'm always ready for a kiss."

He always takes the initiative in getting a girl's attention. But beware! Hide your bitchiness, because he's no to one night stands, "I find it skanky, and I don't like easy girls."

10 Random Things About Me

by MARK PILLOS

1) I learned how to draw at an early age. My first drawing was a bird. I just copied   what my mother drew. I did that before I entered kindergarten.

2) I love chocolates. I always want to eat chocolate since then especially when I'm in a bad mood.

3) I used to be a cartoonist when I was in high school and college. I love drawing since then. My ambitious dream made me a staff  of school papers since high school. I always wanted to write but my advisers wanted me to focus on cartooning. When I become a teacher, I'm no longer the cartoonist who attends schools press conferences, but the adviser who trained budding cartoonists. Luckily, I made them (my students) won.

4) I used to be a teacher in a private and government school. I don't wanna talk about this as much as possible. =)

5) I love fashion designing. I started designing when I was in elementary. I just focused on it when more and more people appreciate my designs. This was invigorated when I was a teacher- when I designed the costumes of my students in plays. Including pageants that they participated in.

6) I made an unfinished short story when I was 9 or 10 years old. I made this during the graduation day of my oldest sister. I did it on my bed. I didn't know how to continue it so I left it unfinished. I misplaced the manuscript, so I didn't  continue. I just accidentally found it when I graduated in college.

7) I had my first painting when I was in grade 3 (9 years old). I used to watch my sister (second sister) everytime that she made paintings in her drafting class then. I asked her what colors to mix and how to use them. Not to forget the different strokes using  variety of paint brushes. Now, I claim that I'm better than her. hehe

8. When I was a student, I always write lenghty compositions. As a student, I seemed to have a lot of things to write.

9) I'm a Virgoan but  claiming to be Leo. I'm a Caspian actually. When I was young, I was Leo. But now I'm a Virgo. Ask the stars why.

10) I love teaching no matter how hard it is. No need to write something about this.

Dingdong Dantes, My Saturday and a Screaming Bitch

by MARK PILLOS

Dantes began his career as a child model, appearing in a famous dairy product commercial when he was two years old. Several other commercials followed before he became part of an all-male dance group called Abztract Dancers, with his friend and fellow actor, Dino Guevarra, and his cousin and fellow actor, Arthur Solinap. Their group became regulars on shows Eat Bulaga and That's Entertainment, causing him to regard legendary starmaker, German Moreno like his own father.

As an actor, he debuted on GMA Network's highly popular youth-oriented flick T.G.I.S. (Thank God It's Sabado) when he was 17, under the name Raphael Dantes. His role as the dashing boy-next-door Iñaki was massively well received and contributed much to his growing popularity. His pairing with Antoinette Taus, whom he was romantically involved with, resulted in films like Honey My Love So Sweet and I'm Sorry My Love, and television programmes including Anna Karenina. To know more about Dingdong Dantes, CLICK HERE

Dingdong Dantes has been a sex symbol for most females and gays in the Philippines since the start of his boom in the Philippine television. As I can remember, the public started to appreciate him in fantaserye Encantadia (which is a big no-no in our house 'coz my mom watches Dugong in Marina. funny! ), or I just started noticing him there because of the great costumes that they used. I love Encantadia then though I'm not watching it.

Earlier, I was at a particular Mall. Dingdong Dantes happen to be there for a mall show. There was a teen bitch shouting beside me. Screaming like being burnt in hell. I wanted to shot her dead...grrr.  I know Dingdong is fuckin' hot but shouting beside me is a no-no...Who has given the right to ruin my constitution...
Only if I could cut her throat and pull her tongue out, I could have done that.

My Life as a Teacher

I was so happy when I was immediately hired to a private school just after graduation in college. Just after my demo lesson, the principal congratulated me because I was the one who was hired.

I remember the day when I considered myself so young in my profession. I felt this when I worked in a government school. Oh, well forget about that. It's not worth mentioning anyway, i.e. my life in a government school. Spilling things about this will just ruin my day.

My life is so different now. There are instances when some students shout. There are instances when students can't understand what you're talking about, and this pisses you a lot. But what can I do? I'm a teacher. Who could I teach to if all students know what I'm gonna teach.

Teaching Koreans has made a big difference in my life. I started at Metro Korea (near DLSU Taft), but I can't tell where I'm working now.

Here are some of my Korean students:

Taylor Lautner in Rolling Stone mag! Awesome!!!

Jacob Black as he is in  the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer, Taylor Lautner is really stealling the attention of  people, and his name is being catapulted to the limelight of mainstream Hollywood.

This sexy man has mesmerized women from around the world with his well-built body that was shown in the second book of Meyer's New Moon. I remember the time when everyone in the movie house that I went to, especially women, gasped in a particular scene there when Jacob Black removed his shirt (showing his six pack) and try to stop the oozing blood from Bella's head.

Taylor Lautner really got a big break by becoming a teen werewolf in the said movie.

This seventeen-year old hunk has captivated not only the public's attention, but the hearts of millions of women around the world.

Vampire sequel 'New Moon' feasts on box office

By Agence France-Presse, Updated: 11/23/2009

The "Twilight" vampire romance sequel "New Moon" took a record-breaking bite out of the North American box office this weekend, final figures showed Monday.

The "Twilight" vampire romance sequel "New Moon" took a record-breaking bite out of the North American box office this weekend, final figures showed Monday.

The second big-screen installment adapted from Stephenie Meyer's phenomenally successful books raked in an astounding 142.8 million dollars in three days, the third biggest opening of all time, Exhibitor Relations said.

Only Batman sequel "The Dark Knight" with 158.4 million dollars and "Spider-Man 3" with 151.1 million dollars have scored bigger openings.

However, the "New Moon" earnings are considered remarkable because the film was released in November, outside of the traditional summer blockbuster season.

Although the movie was unable to dethrone "The Dark Knight" or "Spider-Man 3" for highest opening weekend, it did set records for biggest midnight opening and opening day, figures showed.

The "Twilight" franchise follows the fortunes of high school teenager Bella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, and her vampire lover Edward Cullen, played by British heart-throb Robert Pattinson.

The success of "New Moon" left American football drama "The Blind Side" in second place.

The feel-good film, adapted from Michael Lewis's 2006 book, is based on the real-life journey from rags to riches of Baltimore Ravens star Michael Oher.

Starring Sandra Bullock as the woman who helps Oher realize his dream, it earned a healthy 34.1 million dollars in its opening weekend.

In third place, end-of-the-world film "2012" brought in 26.4 million dollars, more than double its next-runner-up, "Planet 51," with 12.3 million.

"Disney's A Christmas Carol" earned 12.2 million, trailed by acclaimed abuse saga "Precious" with 10.9 million dollars.

In seventh place was satire "The Men Who Stare At Goats," starring George Clooney and Jeff Bridges as members of a military unit schooled in psychological warfare. The film took 2.8 million dollars.

Eighth spot was taken by comedy "Couples Retreat," which earned 1.9 million dollars while extra-terrestrial drama "The Fourth Kind" was ninth with 1.7 million.

Michael Jackson concert movie "This Is It" completed the top 10 with 1.6 million dollars.
